Why does the cup I just used on the Hole Enlarger seem hard to remove?
This is normal due to use – 2 pairs of pliers should easily remove the cups.

What if I need a longer pilot bit for bi-metal or sheet-metal applications?
Bosch offers a 4'' cobalt pilot bit for any longer pilot bit application (PCPD4).

When using the Quick Change adapter and cup, sometimes it doesn’t slide smoothly into the Quick Change mandrel. Why?
This is caused by over tightening the hex, or the lines are not properly aligned on the shaft of the adapter nut.
